Eight hundred and ten strips of paper later, the backdrop I created for the Design*Sponge book tour party in Nashville was ready to use! Thanks again to the lovely Grace and Amy for visiting Music City USA and for making us feel so special. To see more from the photobooth, visit here and here!
And as a side note, regarding the glitter accessories seen in the pics--I have a love/hate relationship with glitter: I love the sparkle and sass but I hate the unending mess that invariably comes off on everything you touch. However, my dears, I think I found the solution. After glittering the masks and hats for the backdrop, I sprayed them with a hearty coat of Rust-Oleum's Clear Gloss and set them infront of a fan to dry. Knock on wood, but I think that's the key, ladies and germs! Let me know if you try coating a glittered project yourself and if it worked for you!

Great tip on the glitter. Now I can stop being such a meanie and let my little girls sparkle away.
Great work, as usual. :)
What a fun backdrop! I love the colors. It must have taken ages to make. Thanks for sharing!
